Major Responsibilities/ Job Duties
As a Commercial Loan administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of pre-closing and post-closing including: all necessary due diligence ordering and reviewing searches, doc prep, booking and funding, life of loan processing, and life of loan maintenance.
Must have at least one-year experience:
Preparing all commercial loan documents (Laser Pro is a plus)
Reading and comprehending entity organizational documents
Ordering and examining real estate title work and UCC searches
Maintaining and managing collateral perfections, updating taxes and insurance
Some experience a plus, but training available:
Loan servicing, including processing payments and advances
Handling customer questions and research
Working with participations and SBA loans
Qualifications:
You must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures of lending including, but not limited to, documentation, loan accounting, loan file maintenance, compliance, business entity structure, law and underwriting. You must have at least one year of experience, be comfortable with technology and computers, and proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
To be successful in this role, you are a quick learner, organized, detail and process oriented, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exercise good judgement, and are resourceful. You are a team player, work well in a fast-paced, high volume environment, have a high sense of urgency, and are capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.

Location: West Omaha, Nebraska
Business: Financial Services Industry- Banking
Reports to: VP/Loan Operations Manager
Hours: 40-45 hrs/wk (Split for Job Share)
Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 depending on experience and hours (Split for Job Share)
Flexibility: Able to work flexible hours and options for partial remote work
