We had the honor of being guests on Karin Tischler's Job Sharing and Beyond Podcast. Karin is leading the conversations around the global job share movement from Vancouver, Canada and has interviewed featured guests on her podcast from all over the world.

During this episode we discuss how we started Job Share Connect,  our experience job sharing as co-founders, our thoughts about why job sharing isn't more widely available and how we tackle health insurance with our job share partners.
