Remote Lead Generation Specialist

This role is the first step in the prospecting process and you are not required to close the sale. It’s a numbers game and you shouldn’t be discouraged easily. Are you comfortable and confident making calls? Are you able to follow a script, but also able to answer questions and anticipate needs? Do you have the ability to persuade others and generate interest? 

This role focuses on:

  • Marketing support including CRM campaign work  

  • Inside sales support 

  • Administrative support to the executive leadership team 

What you would do:


  • Research companies to create and maintain active prospect list

  • Use tools to create warm leads through phone/ email/ Evergreen Notecards/ Seamless.Ai./ LinkedIn and other social media outlets 

  • Use creative methods of finding potential clients

Campaign Management

  • Use company tracking system (Hatchback) to track proposals, discoverly deals, bulk email campaigns, etc., and stay on top of contacts with prospects 

  • Manage prospect lists through documentation and frequent communication of status to market sales team

Relationship management 

  • Drive introductions and write handwritten note cards to set up discovery meetings on a weekly basis for selected markets (25 calls/ 25 notecards a week)

  • Follow-up with phone calls and emails consistently with regular touchpoints to increase interest, answer questions, confirm appointments, etc.

  • Develop and support positive relationships with clients

  • Manage market sales team calendars to set up appointments


Looking for candidates with a marketing, advertising, or sales background. Experience working in a professional setting and client management is preferred. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, determined, persistent, have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a great speaking voice and nice handwriting. Must be motivated and able to learn quickly about features and benefits of services. Must be organized and have good computer skills and comfortable using and learning new technology.

The Details:

Location: Remote, preferably based in Omaha or Kansas City

Business: Marketing 

Hours: 10-20 hours/week, plus bonuses, with potential grow to full-time if desired

Pay: $15-$20/hour
